Opening up about finding love again, Hannah told Women's Health earlier this year: "It's taken me eight years. I didn't really have the space mentally or emotionally for that. I've hunkered down and focused on my girl and me. [But] now I'm ready to stick my head above the parapet a bit more."
When asked if it was a "very good looking" parapet, she responded: "It is," adding: "And it's really lovely too, obviously, my relationship. But the best thing about it is, firstly, being happy and strong in myself."
Inside Hannah and Nick's relationship
The pair made their public debut at the Cheltenham Festival in March this year. The love birds were spotted walking hand-in-hand at the horse-racing event, with Hannah looking super chic in a plaid suit while Nick looked dapper in a patterned plaid blazer.
A source told HELLO! at the time: "They arrived hand-in-hand and were very tactile together. They stood outside on the balcony of the Holland Cooper suite watching horses. He would put his hand on the small of her back, and she was very affectionate towards him. They kissed on the lips after watching David Blaine for half an hour.
"At one sweet point, a trick resulted in him choosing Hannah's card, and Hannah giggled and said, 'We have a connection'."
Who is Hannah's previous partner?
Hannah previously dated Italian businessman Gianluca Cugnetto. The pair were together for eight years, welcoming a daughter named Kitty in 2014.

"Being a single mother in your forties is not easy! I'm not going to lie, it's quite exhausting," she said. "One of the greatest acting jobs in my life is pretending I have energy to my daughter! Of course, I never intended to be a single mother, but luckily I'm still on good terms with my daughter's father, which is important."
