Mzansi social media users have had plenty to say about Amapiano producer Kelvin Momo's rumoured new romance, after matching posts from an outing fuelled widespread speculation about his love life.

On 12 October 2026, Briefly News reported on the apparent new relationship following Momo's breakup with Babalwa M. The DJ and an unidentified woman shared near-identical photos from what appeared to be a shared outing, and it wasn't long before curious netizens went digging.

Gossip page sa.gossiplab.exclusive did the legwork, putting a name to the mystery hand spotted in Momo's post. The woman is Nontando Nanar Madlamini, and she is far from a low-profile figure.

She boasts over 225,000 followers on Instagram and runs a beauty studio, a clothing store, and a consulting company. Her social media presence leans heavily into the luxury lifestyle space, with frequent posts featuring high-end brand unboxings. Online users also alleged that Madlamini is a divorcee who shares two children with her ex-husband.

Babalwa M seemingly breaks her silence

It didn't take long for the attention to shift to Babalwa M, who, coincidentally, announced new music.

The beloved singer shared a snippet of a heartbreak song on her social media page, and fans were convinced that the emotional track was a direct response to her ex-lover's new romance and a soulful way of channelling her pain.

The snippet runs under a minute but appears to be enough to get people hooked. The title Angisalali (I can't sleep) gives a hint at the emotional weight of the track, and listeners have been urged to pay close attention to what is being said rather than just the beat.
