Initially, Ayn Technologies will sell 1 TB variants for $669, a $30 discount on its alleged $699 MSRP. In other words, adding an extra 512 GB of storage increases the Odin 3 Portal's price by almost 22%. By extension, this price is 34% higher than a Nintendo Switch 2 (curr. $499 on Amazon).
As far as we can tell, Ayn Technologies has not included any upgrades for this $129 surcharge, though. Consequently, the most expensive version of the Odin 3 Portal will ship with UFS 3.1 flash storage, microSD card expansion, the IoT version of Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and a 9,000 mAh battery. Moreover, 1 TB models contain the same 120 Hz OLED display as their 256 GB and 512 GB-backed siblings.
