Cooler weather brings Tokyo’s parks back into use for weekend food fairs. This season runs from a farewell ramen festival in Komazawa to Hungarian folk dance in Odaiba, with two character cafes for rainy days. Here is what’s on from mid-October through mid-November.

The menu stays playful, with George-faced waffles, cream sodas and hearty one-plate meals, and seasonal fairs rotate through the year.
