Euro Motors is strengthening its island-wide automotive ecosystem with the formal appointment and recognition of its dealership and Authorised Service Provider (ASP) partners at a special ceremony recently held at “The Blue”, Hilton Colombo. Held under the theme “Beyond the Drive,” the event marks an important step in Euro Motors’ continued network development, bringing together partners from across Sri Lanka to make vehicle sales, servicing, repairs and after-sales support more accessible to customers in their respective Home Towns.
As part of the network expansion, Euro Motors has appointed three categories of authorised partners: Display Points, 3S Dealers offering Sales, Spare Parts and Service, and dedicated Service Partners. Together, these partners are designed to provide customers with greater convenience and access to the services they need, enabling them to visit an authorised Euro Motors partner in their area for vehicle purchases, servicing, repairs, genuine spare parts and related after-sales requirements.
For Euro Motors, the relationship with a customer does not end when a vehicle is delivered. As the company expands its portfolio across passenger vehicles, SUVs, electric vehicles, Double cab and commercial vehicles, it is also strengthening the infrastructure that supports customers throughout the ownership journey. The expanded authorised network is intended to bring professional technical support, genuine spare parts, servicing, repairs and warranty-related assistance closer to customers across the island.
Mr. Ravindra Senarathna, Chief Operations Officer at Euro Motors, said, “Our ambition is not simply to expand our vehicle portfolio, but to strengthen the ecosystem that supports our customers throughout their ownership journey. By appointing Display Points, 3S Dealers and Service Partners across the island, we are making it more convenient for customers to access our vehicles and the After Sales support they need, closer to where they live and operate. This network is an important part of our long-term commitment to our customers and partners.”
The three-tiered partner network enables Euro Motors to address different aspects of the customer journey. Display Points provide customers with greater access to Euro Motors’ vehicle portfolio and information when considering a purchase, while 3S Dealers offer an integrated Sales, Spare Parts and Service experience. Service Partners, meanwhile, extend the company’s authorised after-sales and technical support network, providing customers with greater accessibility for regular servicing, repairs and maintenance.
The authorised network also plays an important role in supporting customers in maintaining their vehicles in accordance with the required service schedules. Customers are required to carry out their regular services through Euro Motors’ appointed authorised dealers island wide to remain eligible for warranty claims, subject to the applicable warranty terms and conditions. This helps ensure that vehicles receive the appropriate servicing, genuine parts and technical attention throughout the warranty period.
For customers, the growing network is particularly important as vehicle ownership extends beyond the initial purchase. Whether purchasing a new vehicle, maintaining a passenger vehicle, operating an EV or managing a commercial fleet, customers can now access authorised Euro Motors support through partners in their respective Home Towns.
For commercial-vehicle operators in particular, dependable after-sales support can be important in helping to minimise downtime and to keep the businesses moving.
Euro Motors has operated in Sri Lanka for more than 20 years and has developed an island-wide distribution and after-sales network. The company currently represents a diverse portfolio of vehicle brands, including passenger and commercial offerings from brands such as Jetour, JAC and Dongfeng, Bonluck, Ankai and Joylong.
The appointment ceremony therefore represents more than the recognition of new business partners. It reflects Euro Motors’ continued investment in the network supporting its growing vehicle portfolio and its commitment to making sales, service, repairs, genuine spare parts and warranty support more accessible to customers across Sri Lanka.
As Euro Motors continues to develop its portfolio and national network, “Beyond the Drive” represents a simple principle. Wherever Euro Motors vehicles travel, authorised service and support remain within reach, ensuring customers receive the assistance they need, whenever they need it.
