Karol G is giving listeners another look at one of her biggest hits of the year. On October 16, the Colombian star released a new video for “Bby Wow,” her chart-topping collaboration with Spanish artists Judeline and Rusowsky, capturing the trio’s live performance at MetLife Stadium exactly a month ago, with some behind-the-scenes footage as a special bonus.
Titled “Bby Wow (Live From New York),” the video offers a 360-degree look at the artists’ performance, from rehearsals in more relaxed outfits to their time onstage together. The clip opens with go-to Puerto Rican producer Tainy taking the stage before Karol G joins him, followed by Rusowsky and Judeline.
Throughout the song, the three artists danced and interacted with fans around the DJ booth, which had the three flags representing their respective home countries draped on it.
The song was originally paired with a visualizer to coincide with the release of Karol’s sixth studio album, No Me Arrepiento de Sentir Tanto on August 7. That has since amassed more than 96 million views. The new live video, meanwhile, garnered more than a million views in its first day, signaling continued interest in the collaboration.
“Bby Wow” has also made an impressive showing on the charts. According to Billboard, the track returned to No. 1 on both the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. U.S. charts for a fifth week on October 12, making it what the outlet is currently calling “the biggest song in the world.”
Fittingly, the video culminates in fireworks illuminating the stadium.
Karol G ended the North American leg of her Viajando Por El Mundo Tropitour the day prior to the video’s release in Arlington, Texas.
