Ukraine ranked seventh in the 2026 Global Crypto Adoption Index, moving up one spot from the previous study.
A key trend was a 77.5% increase in the volume of cross-border stablecoin transfers, rising from $124.2 billion to $220.3 billion.
This is no coincidence. Millions of people use crypto assets every day—as a means of saving, a way to receive overseas remittances, and an alternative currency to hedge against inflation as the hryvnia faces devaluation pressure.
Relevant Ukrainian institutions are discussing the establishment of a strategic Bitcoin reserve.
Ukraine is discussing the establishment of a strategic cryptocurrency reserve, which includes transferring a portion of its cryptocurrency holdings to state custody. Currently, it holds approximately $2.8 billion worth of Bitcoin.
In contrast, the United States holds confiscated Bitcoin in a strategic reserve rather than selling it, treating it instead as a long-term asset.
This means that Bitcoin is no longer merely a tool for speculators; it has become a strategic reserve asset for the governments of many nations and is regarded as being on par with gold.
That is why residents of Ukraine have started Bitcoin cloud mining via SHRMiner—automatically accumulating Bitcoin every day without the need for any equipment.
SHRMiner: A cryptocurrency mining platform worth watching
SHRMiner is a Bitcoin cloud mining platform established in 2018 that serves over 5 million users across more than 150 regions worldwide. Backed by Bitmain—the world’s largest ASIC manufacturer—the platform controls over 1% of the global Bitcoin mining hash rate, amounting to 36.7 million TH.
How to join SHRMiner and start accumulating BTC wealth

Upon registration, you will receive $15 in free mining funds, which can be used to purchase mining contracts. Each contract yields a daily return of $0.60.
Complete your account setup.
Log in to your personal account, fund it with cryptocurrency, and link your wallet address to receive payments.
Select and purchase a mining contract
Go to the contracts page and purchase a $15 “Daily Login” contract. Choose a mining contract that suits your budget and investment plan.

| Bitcoin Miner S21e XP Hyd | $10,000.00 | $151.00 | 35 | $10,000.00 + $5,285 |
Start mining and earning income.
Once the contract purchase is complete, the platform automatically allocates hashing power resources, and the cloud mining contract takes effect. You can view your earnings in real-time via your mobile phone and withdraw funds at any time.
Why accumulating Bitcoin daily is better than a one-time purchase.
Bitcoin’s price is currently fluctuating between $86,000 and $87,000, having risen 3% in October. Following such a significant surge, the risk associated with a lump-sum purchase is quite high; should the price drop, losses would be immediate.
Cloud mining solves this problem: instead of making a one-time bet on the current price, it automatically accumulates small amounts of Bitcoin every day.
