Kerry Katona's daughter Heidi, 19, steals the spotlight in a plunging scarlet gown as they attend Trauma charity ball in Manchester - after her influencer fame plans were revealed

Kerry Katona was upstaged by her teenage daughter as they attended the Trauma charity ball in Manchester on Saturday night. 

Heidi Katona, 19, wowed in a plunging scarlet gown that complemented her tanned and toned figure as she joined her famous mother at the gala event. 

The influencer – who Kerry shares with ex-husband Mark Croft – looked comfortable and confident in the spotlight as she posed for snaps. 

Kerry, 46, also looked great on the outing as she modelled a one-shouldered black velvet gown. 

Heidi's outing comes amid reports she's set to follow in the footsteps of pal Princess Andre, the eldest daughter of Kerry's BFF Katie Price.

Kerry has thrown her hat into the ring to become the next Kris Jenner after her daughter appeared in a scene on Celebs Go Dating during her mother's segment last year.

Heidi's potential plans for future stardom are said to be being heavily supported by Kerry – who shot to fame through her time as a singer for Atomic Kitten – as she said she has taken inspiration from Kris and Beyoncé on how to make her children a success.

Kerry previously gushed of her daughter: 'She's hilarious, and has that star quality. I'll be her momager. I've been around 30 years so I know how the industry works. I feel like Kris Jenner!'

Speaking to the Daily Mail about the nepo babies' potential, brand and culture expert Nick Ede revealed: 'Heidi is following in the footsteps of Princess and carving out a lucrative career for herself as a brand ambassador and influencer. 

'They have a long way to go to get to Kardashian status but they are becoming well known and will make some good money in the next few years.'

Heidi currently boasts nearly 50,000 followers on Instagram – more than double than last year – as her star power continues to rise. 

Last month, Heidi took a savage swipe towards her father Mark, 16 years after his split from her mother.

Heidi remarked in a TikTok post that she shouldn't take relationship advice from Kerry because she married Mark.

Kerry endured a turbulent relationship with the former taxi driver, who she blamed for contributing to her drug use – which he denied.

The couple got married in 2007 after a year of dating and had two children together – Heidi and Maxwell, 18 – before going their separate ways in 2010.

Heidi and her brother Max do not have a relationship with their father.

Fans were left in stitches after seeing Heidi's post as viewers commented: 'Sorry, but that’s Hilarious!! You and your mum are so solid!'

'You have your mother’s sense of humour I love it,' 'Hahaha Heidi this is so funny. You have your wee mammys sense of humour.'

Heidi's parents' very public split was marred by accusations of unfaithfulness, and Kerry later admitted she cheated on Mark with ex royal Marine Kevin Green.

Following their volatile break-up, Kerry then blamed him for contributing to her drug use.

Since then, Mark, 55, has all but shunned the spotlight and now lives a much more modest life away from fame, having gotten remarried since their split.

Mark, originally from Wigan, now lives in Bolton with his second wife Kelly Croft, 38, who he married in 2016.

They share a child together while Mark also has a daughter from a previous relationship. She lives in Warrington with her mother.

Little else is known about Mark's life since separating from Kerry, who recently admitted her affair during their marriage was the 'best thing she ever did'.

In 2023, Kerry shared: 'I had an affair myself when I was with Mark Croft and it was the best thing that I ever did.

'We were both married we both fell madly in love with each other he did leave his wife for a little bit but for me that just... it saved my life.'

That same year, Kerry claimed she and her children no longer have any contact with Mark but said she told her daughter Heidi she could put them in touch if she desired.

The pair had a turbulent relationship after marrying at Gretna Green on Valentine's Day in 2007.

Shortly after the ceremony, reports alleged that Mark slept with a former lover in the days following their engagement and also had an affair with a second woman.

They split for good in 2010, when Kerry was introduced to ex Kevin in January when he agreed to help out at a weight-loss bootcamp course in Kent.

The singer admitted to kissing Kevin but insists the relationship didn't develop any further because they were both married.

Kerry and Mark had several public bust-ups over the course of their relationship, with the singer previously blaming him for contributing to her public battle with drugs.

Speaking in 2010, he owned up to his obsession with spending her money and revealed how he helped squander her millions, leaving her bankrupt, but claimed allegations he was behind her drugs problems were untrue.

Mark told how he blew £1.4million on flash cars, casting a £135,000 Ferrari aside simply because it was too wide for Sainsbury's car park.

The TV personality was married to Brian McFadden from 2002 to 2006 and they share kids Molly, 24, and Lilly Sue, 23.

She was also married to the late George Kay from 2014 to 2017 and they share one child – DJ, 11.

Kerry is now in a relationship with Paolo Margaglione, 33, who is 13 years her junior.
