Shared on TikTok via the account @beautyandcare36, the clip shows Msholozi stretched out on a bed, looking relaxed and unbothered, before his granddaughter swings the camera around in classic selfie style and puts him squarely on the spot.
She wastes no time firing off questions about historical figures, including Jan van Riebeeck, giving the Mkhonto Wesizwe Party leader very little room to settle in.
Zuma grins broadly throughout the exchange, shaking his head at one point, before eventually bursting into the warm, rumbling chuckle that millions of South Africans have come to instantly recognise.

What does mkhulu mean?
She rounds off the clip by turning to the camera and announcing proudly that this man is her "mkhulu," the Zulu word for grandfather.
For viewers used to seeing Zuma through the lens of political controversy and courtroom appearances, the video offered something quite different: a grandfather simply enjoying a quiet moment at home with his grandchild.
That contrast was not lost on the many South Africans who watched the clip and found themselves charmed by it.
Zuma plays along with lovely granddaughter
The warmth between the two, and the ease with which Zuma played along, struck a chord with viewers who remembered his years in office with genuine affection.
The video also stirred a current of nostalgia, with commenters reflecting on what life was like during his presidency and, in some cases, expressing a wish to see him return to the national stage.
Many described him as the best grandfather and the best president the country has produced.
Jacob Zuma's brother shares sibling's health update
In another story, TUKO also highlighted facts about Jacob Zuma’s hospitalisation, including his brother Khanya’s update on the former president’s condition.
A relative and a source close to Zuma reportedly said he was in intensive care, contradicting the MKP’s claim that he was undergoing routine checks.
