Ukrainian military officials said Elon Musk's SpaceX had without warning interrupted functioning of military-grade Starlink terminals when they are moving at high speed. Marc DeVore of Chatham House says, if the reports are true, it may be an attempt by the U.S. to press Kyiv to hold off on striking Russian energy facilities.
