Lakme Fashion Week 2026: Ali Fazal, Nitanshi Goel, Tejasswi Prakash turn showstoppers

Actors Ali Fazal, Nitanshi Goel and Tejasswi Prakash walked the ramp for different designers at the ongoing Lakmé Fashion Week on Thursday.

While Nitanshi walked for Suneet Varma, who presented his latest collection, Kashi, Ali Fazal turned showstopper for Tarun Tahiliani’s Tasva. Tejasswi was the showstopper for NIF Global, which showcased its latest collection, The Runway, at the fashion event.

Nitanshi wore a wine-coloured lehenga with a contemporary twist. The ensemble featured an off-shoulder draped top and a mermaid-style skirt adorned with sequins.

Fazal, who turned 40 on Thursday, celebrated his birthday on the ramp, with designer Rimple Narula performing a traditional aarti before his walk. The Mirzapur actor looked dapper in an ivory angarkha paired with a structured bandhgala.

Tahiliani’s collection brought together diverse artistic influences through a contemporary design language. The colour palette featured beige alongside shades of blue, emerald and pink. Models completed their looks with matching accessories and sunglasses as they walked the ramp.

Tejasswi wore NIF Global’s contemporary take on workwear, featuring a waistcoat-style jacket, a slit skirt and a bishop-sleeved shirt.

Lakmé Fashion Week, in partnership with the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI), began on October 13 and will continue until October 18. The event will conclude on Sunday with a grand finale by Amit Aggarwal, who will present the latest collection from his label, AM.IT.
