There appear to be no depths to which US President Donald Trump will not sink, as he has blatantly mocked a young man who was recently mauled to death by a tiger at Yorkshire Wildlife Park near Doncaster last week.
The 24-year-old victim has been identified as William Chapman, whose grieving family confirmed he had been struggling with severe mental illness.
Disturbing videos capturing the moment Chapman entered the enclosure as the tiger approached quickly went viral across social media platforms—an outcome that was hardly surprising given the shocking and tragic nature of the event.
Instead of offering condolences to the victim's family, or simply choosing not to involve himself at all, Trump posted a highly distasteful, AI-generated clip on his Truth Social profile.
Trump’s Viral Tiger Encounter and Satirical AI Video Spark Online Controversy
Set to the iconic track "The Lion Sleeps Tonight," the bizarre video opens with Trump sitting calmly on the grass inside the tiger enclosure. As the big cat approaches to investigate, Trump begins chasing the animal around before the footage cuts to him engaging in rough horseplay, eventually overpowering the beast.
The clip concludes with Trump hugging the subdued tiger while grinning broadly at the camera.
Content creator Harry Sisson brought widespread attention to the post on Instagram, concluding his video by directly challenging Trump's base: “To any MAGA fans, can you justify this? Can you pretend this is normal? The answer is no.”
This controversial post follows another one of Trump’s recent online outbursts, in which he expressed outrage after South African jurist Navi Pillay was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.
In the wake of that tirade, Trump himself became the target of a massively viral, satirical AI-generated video.
Depicting him as an overgrown toddler—complete with a McDonald's Happy Meal box and an oversized baby rattle—the clip posted by Instagram user @_pulsoftoday on Sunday has already accumulated tens of thousands of views and more than 50,000 comments.
If a single clip could ever capture the absolute epitome of "whining like a baby," this satire undoubtedly delivers. The mockery cuts particularly deep by pairing the absurd visual with authentic audio of Trump repeatedly insisting he was unfairly denied the prestigious peace prize.
