When did Dlamini become deputy headteacher?
Dlamini's story in education is one of quiet dedication and full-circle devotion. She first walked through the doors of Evelyn Baring Primary as a young teacher in 1985, beginning what would become a 41-year journey in the classroom.
In 2005, she moved on to serve as Deputy Headteacher at Kwaluseni Infant Primary, broadening her leadership experience before returning to Evelyn Baring in 2012, this time as its headteacher.
The fact that she is preparing to retire from the same school where she started her career gave the celebration a particularly poignant meaning for everyone present.
Is Dlamini's official farewell still months away?
The footage, captured and shared by the Times of Eswatini, showed the depth of affection the school community holds for Dlamini.
From the carefully arranged decorations to the children's beaming faces, every detail of the surprise conveyed a message that six decades of life and four decades of service had not gone unnoticed.
The school made clear that while Dlamini's official farewell is still months away, the love and gratitude could simply not wait until November.
