A tanker caught fire under the Otedola Bridge along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway on Monday, prompting a response from the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA).
The agency received a distress alert about the incident at approximately 4:24 pm and deployed its Tiger team to the scene, according to its spokesperson, Olawale Afolabi.

Afolabi confirmed the incident in a brief message to journalists, stating, “Tiger team en route to Otedola. Tanker on fire.”
