The importance of such efforts becomes clearer as technology reshapes workplaces. While digital tools and artificial intelligence can create new opportunities, access to training, devices, guidance and professional networks remains uneven. Women who have had fewer opportunities to acquire these resources risk being excluded from emerging career paths.Nimaya's approach attempts to address this gap.The GenAI Ready Naari programme places generative artificial intelligence at the centre of this effort. Instead of treating AI only as a technology, the programme focuses on aiding women learn how to use AI as a tool to find a better job.For Chakrabarty, whose work includes developing AI systems for nonprofit organisations, the initiative connects his technology-focused experience with the foundation's broader social mission. His journey

Chakrabarty's journey offers a different perspective on entrepreneurship. As artificial intelligence takes over across industries, preparing people for the transition is eqaully important. In this case, women who have had limited access to formal training, learning to use new tools could become one part of a bigger transition allowing them financial independence in the future.
