The Traffic Department of the Royal Grenada Police Force (RGPF) notifies the general public, particularly motorists, that Old Fort Road, St George’s, will be temporarily closed to vehicular traffic on Sunday, 25 October 2026, between 8 am and 2 pm.
This temporary closure is necessary to facilitate tree-trimming maintenance work undertaken by Grenada Electricity Services Ltd. (Grenlec).
NO Entry
Motorists are advised that no vehicular access will be permitted at the following locations:
- Church Street, at its intersection with Old Fort public road
- Cemetery Hill public road, at its intersection with River Road public road
- Old Fort public road, at its intersection with Lucas Street
One-way traffic
- Cemetery Hill will operate as one-way towards River Road direction
The RGPF apologises for any inconvenience this may cause and thanks the public for their patience and cooperation.
