Nova Scotia RCMP are advising the public that a section of the Cabot Trail is temporary closed due to an accident.
In a social media post made Monday morning, police said the Cabot Trail is closed in both directions in the 44000 block of Victoria County, near North Shore.
RCMP and first responders are on scene of the Oct. 19 accident, which has resulted in a vehicle in the ditch as well as debris on the road.
Drivers are advised to use caution when travelling in the area and to use an alternate route.
More to come.
