PSG ARE FACING CRITICISM OVER THEIR HUGE ADVANTAGE IN THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE
Some football fans believe PSG should face stricter regulations because of their ability to rest key players in Ligue 1 while prioritising European fixtures.
Unlike clubs in the Premier League or La Liga, where the competition for domestic titles and European places can be intense, PSG often have the luxury of rotating their biggest stars without putting their league position under serious pressure.
This means Luis Enrique can potentially field a fresh, fully rested squad in the Champions League while other European giants are forced to play their strongest teams twice a week.
But here’s the real question: Is this an UNFAIR competitive advantage, or simply smart squad management?
After all, PSG aren’t breaking any rules by resting players. Should they really be punished for the strength of their squad and their domestic dominance?
What do you think?
