Rosebuds Ladies Group
The Rosebuds Ladies Group is a friendly and welcoming community for women aged 18 and over who enjoy making new friends, learning new skills and taking part in a wide variety of social and cultural activities. We meet every Tuesday from 10.30am until 12.30pm in Clongeen Hall, where members enjoy informative talks, health and well-being sessions, crafts, games, outings and plenty of laughter.
Recent activities have included a fascinating tour of Horetown House and its beautiful grounds, an enjoyable game of Pongo, a fun day of Crazy Golf at The Abbey Par 3 and a six-week pottery course currently being attended by some of our members. Our talented crafters have also been busy making cushion covers and wind extractor covers.
Looking ahead, we are planning a visit to Craanford Mills, a Christmas shopping trip to Gorey and many more exciting activities in the run-up to Christmas. The entry cost is just €5 per session and new members are always welcome to join our warm, supportive and vibrant group.
