A South African content creator known for deal-spotting has sent shoppers into a frenzy. TikToker @bbfyndz posted a first-person shopping video on 21 October revealing a Steve Madden outlet store tucked inside Woodmead Value Mart in Johannesburg.

The clip showed price tags, sale signage and racks of shoes and bags, all filmed in the upbeat, fast-paced style that has made deal-sharing content a staple of South African social media. The creator pointed out that on the day she visited, customers could get an extra 25% off items that were already on sale. To put that into perspective, she used a R700 shoe as an example, explaining that the additional discount would bring the price down even further.

The store stocked a range of Steve Madden shoes and bags at reduced prices. While the creator @bbfyndz was upfront that she could not confirm whether the extra 25% promotion was still running, she encouraged viewers to head in and check for themselves. She said:

"If you've been wanting that Steve Madden bag or that Steve Madden shoe, this is your time to go get it."
