A shooting attack was reported near the area of the Judea Junction near Hebron, the IDF announced on Friday morning, with several people reportedly wounded.
The military announced that two terrorists involved in the attack had been killed, and that they had launched a manhunt for potential additional terrorists.
The military also said that they had established a cordon in the area.
Magen David Adom said that it was treating two people: one lightly wounded, and the other unconscious. Army Radio reported that five people had been wounded in total, with two unconscious and in critical condition.
Walla reported that the attack had apparently targeted a reservists' battalion.
One possibility under investigation is that the terrorists set an ambush for the soldiers, shot at them, and then attempted to escape.
This is a developing story.
