FOMO is now the highest revenue-generating trading app across every chain over the past 30 days. That puts it ahead of Axiom Exchange, the platform that until recently owned the Solana trading terminal crown.
The numbers behind the flip
According to DeFiLlama, FOMO generated around $19.88 million in revenue over a recent 30-day window. That came from fees of roughly $20.99 million.
Since early August 2026, FOMO has pulled ahead of Axiom on key performance metrics. By late August 2026, FOMO was capturing approximately 46% of daily Solana trading terminal volume. Axiom’s share had slipped to under 30%.
Pricing appears to be part of FOMO’s pitch. The app charges fees of about 0.5%, while Axiom charges approximately 1%. For traders who move in and out of positions many times a day, the difference compounds quickly.
FOMO also leans on social and copy-trading features. Users can follow and mirror other traders.
Growth, funding, and a cooling revenue curve
FOMO’s user base expanded from approximately 625,000 in mid-2026 to approximately 2.7 million by October 2026.
FOMO has raised a total of $94 million, including a $75 million Series B round in June 2026. Index Ventures led that round, which valued the company at $550 million.
FOMO’s weekly revenue peaked at more than $9 million during the summer of 2026 before declining. A single summer week brought in over $9 million, while the most recent 30-day period produced around $19.88 million.
How Axiom lost its grip
Axiom built its reputation as the go-to terminal for high-frequency meme traders on Solana. Axiom has struggled to maintain its earlier lead as FOMO’s cheaper fees and social tools pulled volume away.
Switching costs for traders are low. Moving from one terminal to another can take minutes, which makes market share unusually fragile.
What this means for Solana’s trading app race
If a roughly 0.5% fee can win close to half of Solana’s terminal volume, rivals charging around 1% have a pricing problem.
FOMO’s user base has grown sharply, but weekly revenue has fallen from its summer peak. That gap suggests growth in users does not automatically translate into growth in revenue.
Key things to watch include whether FOMO holds its roughly 46% share of Solana terminal volume, how Axiom responds on pricing, and whether FOMO’s monthly revenue figures recover toward their summer pace.
