The New Straits Times reported yesterday that two men were filmed sitting on the roof of the moving Proton Wira while a third person drove the car.
The footage, believed to have been recorded by a motorist travelling behind the vehicle, showed the men appearing unfazed as the car continued along the road.
At one point, the Wira slowed down near a speed breaker, leaving the men struggling to maintain their balance.
The person recording the video was heard reading out the vehicle's registration number and mentioning the location where the incident allegedly occurred.
The video was later shared on Facebook, garnering more than 20,000 views and over 200 comments, with many users condemning the stunt and questioning why anyone would risk their lives and those of other road users.
Police have identified Taman Puteri Wangsa, Ulu Tiram, as the location linked to the incident and are working to identify those involved.
