Vogue also touched on the comments Spencer made during his appearance on Katherine Ryan's podcast about him loving her 'more'.
Spencer said he is very open with his affection for the Irish presenter but does not always receive the same treatment in return.
'I think I love her more than she loves me. I think I'm more obvious with my love and affection for her,' Spencer said on What's My Age Again? podcast.
He added: 'She will occasionally say things to me that I literally can't believe that make me so happy.'
Recalling her and Spencer's conversation following the comments he made, she said: 'I sent it to him and I was like, "F*** sake, Spencer.
'Cue all the comments like "Oh, she only loves you for your money", I'm like "For f*** sake, Spencer".'
Vogue quipped: 'I mean it is true, but you don't have to tell everybody! It's important, somebody always loves somebody else more, and it's only a little bit. I really love him, but like he really loves me.'
She added: 'Someone will always love someone just a little bit more and it doesn't mean that you're not in love with them. I've loved Spenny more than I've ever loved anyone else.'
Spencer recalled a rare moment when his wife complimented him shortly after Remy was born.

He said: 'I went and got us a bottle of her favourite champagne for the following day. And a couple of people came around to the hospital. We had a couple of glasses.
'We were very loved up. Obviously, we just had our fourth child. It feels like the kind of family is complete.'
He continued: 'She was saying really lovely stuff to me, about me, which she doesn't do that often.
'I'm not complaining about it either, but she wouldn't just pour admiration into me because I think she thinks that I admire myself enough already.'
Spencer revealed that Vogue had paid him compliments about his parenting, which he appreciated.
'She was just saying lovely things about me being a great father,' he recalled. 'It's the type of stuff that I feel like I say to her a lot - doesn't always come back straight away.'
When asked whether he preferred having a wife who was less affectionate, Spencer replied: 'There's not much about our relationship that I'd change.'
But he added: 'It's far from perfect. We have our ups and downs like any kind of married couple.
'But I think we do have a great relationship. I think I'm certainly very lucky to have her as my partner. No one's disputing that.'
