Auckland lawyer Gautam Jindal has failed to get a misconduct decision thrown out by the Supreme Court and now faces being suspended for half a year.
The New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal attempted to suspend Jindal for six months last year after it found him guilty of misconduct
