Nothing has changed at the top, but gotta say, we might be getting close to seeing a fourth different racer grab our top spot in this weekly endeavor.
If Chase Briscoe three-peats this week at Phoenix, you almost have to bump him to No. 1, don't you?
The early couple months were absolutely owned by Tyler Reddick, who had five wins before most drivers had broken in their new firesuits.
Late spring and early summer belonged to Denny Hamlin, who even won the All-Star Race for good measure before, apparently, developing an allergy to champagne.
Of late, it's been Kyle Larson, whose rally over the past month of Sundays was a real head-turner — first, second, first, second before a sixth at Charlotte.
And now it's The Other Chase, who frankly is the only Chase in the Chase doing any chasin'.
1. Kyle Larson
After four straight finishes of first or second, he finishes sixth and gains nine points in the standings.
2. Chase Briscoe
Definitely chasing these days and has the obvious hot hand, but can't afford a misstep.

3. Denny Hamlin
Needs to bank more stage points to go along with front-pack finishes. Oh, and maybe a win?
4. Ryan Blaney
Has reintroduced himself to the lead pack lately.
5. Christopher Bell
No prize for being the second-fastest Toyota at Charlotte.
6. Joey Logano
Is a 92-point deficit too much? Probably, but don't be shocked if he wins again this year.

7. Tyler Reddick
If only the season had ended in May.
8. Austin Cindric
Something you didn't know: His middle name is Louis.
9. Carson Hocevar
Already eyeballing Talladega two Sundays from now.
10. Bubba Wallace
That recent top-10 streak took a hard hit at Charlotte.
