The chain of events started in June, when footage from a campaign rally showed a young woman approaching the stage where Kanyari, dressed in a blue suit and holding a microphone, briefly danced alongside her as the crowd cheered.
He later shared the clip on his Instagram, which drew sharp reactions given his background as a preacher and faith healer.
Did Kanyari make man to chase wife?
The situation took a dramatic turn when the woman turned up at Kanyari's church on Saturday, October 17, carrying her household items, including a mattress and blankets. In a video from the encounter, she told Kanyari directly:

"He saw the video and he chased me away because I was with you."
With his arm over her shoulder, Kanyari listened as she described her situation.
"Because that is what he decided, why can't I be with you forever?" she said, smiling through the moment.
Kanyari did not hesitate with his response.
"You will be with me. I see you have come with your items including the mattress and blankets. Look for a house and I will pay rent. I will take care of you and your child," he told her.
He then walked over to the pickup truck carrying her belongings as she explained what happened the day she was forced to leave.
"The day he chased me away he said I should take whatever I thought would help me. I took the bed," she said.
Kanyari went on to instruct a boda boda rider to assist her in finding a house, making good on his promise on the spot.
The video attracted a wave of reactions online:

How much money does Kanyari earn?
In other news, Kanyari stirred debate after claiming that one of his companies generates daily profits ranging from KSh 700,000 to KSh 1.5 million, with earnings sometimes reaching KSh 1 million in a single day.
Speaking during a church service, he said he preferred not to publicise his wealth and instead focused on preaching and supporting those in need.
Kanyari did not identify the business, prompting speculation, while Kenyans online expressed mixed reactions, with some doubting the claims and others praising his charitable efforts.
