One of the biggest questions for Notre Dame is which of its injured players will make their return against BYU, and it looks like the Irish official social media account has given us a hint at a stars return.
Leonard Moore has been out due to concussion symptoms, and was listed as questionable earlier in the week. On Thursday, head coach Marcus Freeman said that he was trending to play, and Notre Dame wouldn’t share a feature if he wasn’t going to play.
The official Irish football social media account posted a short clip of Moore, with the caption: “Leonard Moore loading….. ⚠️CAUTION: RESTRICTED AIR SPACE ⚠️ ,“ which to me says that he’s going to play. This would be a huge development, as the All-American’s return makes Notre Dame defense that much better.
The Irish will release its availability report around an hour before kickoff, so we’ll eventually get confirmation of Moore’s status, but it’s looking like he is back.
