Heavy rain triggered flash floods and widespread disruption in Turkey’s largest city starting Wednesday, when three people died. A fourth body was found Friday.
Turkish media reported that the latest body recovered was that of a citizen of Turkmenistan. Two other people remain missing in İstanbul.
