CHVRCHES have returned to announce their fifth album, All the King’s Men, out on January 22nd via Futures Music Group. They’ve also announced a 2027 North American tour.
All the King’s Men serves as the Scottish trio’s first new album in over five years, following 2021’s acclaimed Screen Violence. The record finds CHVRCHES embracing a more rock-oriented palette, straying further away from their usual synth-based sound than ever before and gravitating towards acoustic instruments. As previewed in lead single “Roses,” the album also sees CHVRCHES taking inspiration from British and Scottish history and modern dystopia.
To support All the King’s Men, CHVRCHES will embark on a 2027 North American tour. They’ll kick off the run in Philadelphia on February 13th, with shows following in Brooklyn, Washington D.C., Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Toronto, Chicago, Milwaukee, Madison, Boise, Spokane, Vancouver, Seattle, Portland, Oakland, San Diego, and Phoenix. They’ll finish the trek with a performance in Los Angeles on March 14th, after which they’ll head to the UK and Europe for more shows. See CHVRCHES’ full list of tour dates below.
Tickets for CHVRCHES’ 2027 tour will first be available via an artist pre-sale running on Tuesday, October 27th at 10:00 a.m. local time; fans can sign up for pre-sale access over on the band’s official website. Tickets will go on sale for the general public on Friday, October 30th at 10:00 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster.
