MOSCOW, October 14. /TASS/. The reduced scope of intelligence data received from the United States, as well as restrictions on Starlink operations, are undermining the Ukrainian armed forces’ capabilities, Dmitry Kuzyakin, an unmanned aviation expert and chief designer at the Center for Integrated Unmanned Solutions, told TASS.
"The United States is testing the Ukrainian regime’s strength and flexibility. They are twisting the Ukrainian armed forces’ arm by reducing the amount of intelligence data transmitted, cutting back on arms supplies, stopping direct payments ‘to keep them going,’ and artificially degrading Starlink satellite communications. The main reason for the current tightening of the screws on Ukraine is that the US State Department is beginning to lose control over the Ukrainian regime," he said. According to Kuzyakin, the Kiev regime's uncontrolled actions are irritating both US President Donald Trump personally and that part of the American establishment that has invested heavily in Ukraine.
On Wednesday morning, Sergey Beskrestnov, an adviser to Vladimir Zelensky on communications and unmanned systems, reported that SpaceX had limited the speed of Starlink satellite Internet terminals used by the Ukrainian army to 160 km/h overnight. According to him, this disrupted "a number of operations."
