PARIS — France announced partial curfews in several northern cities for Monday and Tuesday nights after the country was rocked by some of its worst street violence in years.
According to the office of Prime Minister Sebastien Lecornu, partial curfews were to be imposed from 8:00 pm to 6:00 am (1800 to 0400 GMT) those two days in four northern cities, including Lille.
