In an article published under the headline ‘DBN gets N$26.4m judgement against Nghipondoka, wife’ in yesterday’s edition of The Namibian, it was stated that businessman Vaino Nghipondoka and his wife had been respondents in a Supreme Court appeal won by the Development Bank of Namibia on Friday. In fact, the third respondent in the appeal, Turki Nghipondoka, is a sister of Vaino Nghipondoka, and not his wife. We apologise for the error.
