Palindrome’s agentic AI will power Blevins Franks’ European Client Solutions serving some of the 1.3 million UK nationals who live in the EU.*
With UK-based advisers facing challenges in considering local tax rules, succession laws and regulation affecting pensions, investments, estate planning as well as wealth transfer, Palindrome’s technology will now provide workflows to make advisers’ jobs easier. These solutions will include automatic record updates, writing core suitability letters and conducting complex compliance checks across multiple European regulatory environments. This can help reduce the administrative burden and drive efficiencies, especially in instances where a single case can have several tax regimes and sets of suitability rules in play at once.
Ed Beckett, Co-founder of Palindrome, said: “Blevins Franks was looking for a core AI partner that could put the data layer front and centre and connect into its existing back-office system at the deepest API level. Those core requirements are what brought them to Palindrome.
“The two firms are taking core end-to-end life cycles, such as client reviews and client onboarding, and working through how these should be rebuilt to accommodate AI agents. We are working towards end-to-end automation, starting with a set of core use cases that deliver measurable benefit early.”
Alex Miller, Head of Projects at Blevins Franks, added: “We are interested in helping turn the potential of AI into something that can actually improve personal interactions and make us an even better place to work and do business with. If AI solutions can take repetitive administration, information gathering and processing away from advisers and support teams, those advisers can spend more time applying judgement and talking directly to clients.
“The question we have been tackling with our partners at Palindrome is how we use AI as an enabler first to simplify and then redesign processes before we automate and augment them. Get that right and we can really smooth out the experience for our advisers and ultimately our clients.”
The partnership with Blevins Franks is the latest in a series of milestone achievements for Palindrome this year. In May it announced a partnership with Foster Denovo, a wealth manager and employee benefits consultancy wanting to harness agentic AI in its business.
Palindrome was also chosen by the FCA as one of just eight financial services businesses to make up the second cohort of its AI Live Testing (AILT) programme.
In January, the firm was selected to join the Microsoft and NVIDIA Agentic Launchpad programme, an initiative designed to accelerate the next wave of intelligent enterprise applications.
