Bills Quickly Waive DB After Big Win Over Rams

The Buffalo Bills picked up a big 37-34 overtime win over the Los Angeles Rams on Monday night.

With this victory, the Bills improved to a 4-1 record on the season and have maintained their lead over the New England Patriots for the top spot in the AFC East.

Now, after defeating the Rams, the Bills have made a roster move.

According to ESPN's Ian Rapoport, the Bills are waiving defensive back Anthony Kendall. This comes one day after the Bills signed him to their active roster.

Rapoport also reported that the Bills are planning to sign him back to their practice squad if he passes through waivers unclaimed.

Teams looking for more depth could consider taking a flier on Kendall with a waiver claim. However, if he clears waivers, it would be good if the Bills could keep him around on their practice squad for insurance.

Kendall appeared in his first NFL regular season game since the 2023 season during the Bills' win against the Rams. In the matchup, Kendall recorded three combined tackles.

In 17 career NFL games split between the Tennessee Titans and the Bills, Kendall has recorded 12 combined tackles.
