Arsenal will face off against Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena this Wednesday night as they look to secure a win on the road in the UEFA Champions League. The Gunners managed to earn a narrow 1-0 victory over Nottingham Forest recently, which should keep them in good spirits going into this game.
Mikel Arteta will set his players up in a 4-2-3-1 formation and is expected to make some changes to his starting XI for this clash. Noni Madueke, Viktor Gyokeres and Myles Lewis-Skelly could all play from the start of this game.

Defence
David Raya will operate in between the sticks for the Gunners after keeping a clean sheet in his last outing. Gabriel will function alongside Ezri Konsa at the centre of the Arsenal backline as they focus on keeping a good shape on the defensive end of the field.
Jurrien Timber will try to prove his worth as the right-back, while Myles Lewis-Skelly hopes to give a good account of himself on the other side as the left-back. Both of them will get the license to go forward and express themselves inside the Bayern half.
Cristhian Mosquera and Riccardo Calafiori will offer cover for the defensive positions on the bench.

Midfield
Bruno Guimaraes and Declan Rice will anchor the midfield for the North London club as they look to win the 50-50 battles at the centre of the park and engineer some decent chances for their teammates up top.
The talented trio of Noni Madueke, Martin Odegaard and Bukayo Saka will play just ahead of them as part of Arteta’s attack. All three of them need to combine well if they are to cause some problems for the Bayern centre-backs this Wednesday night.
Mikel Merino, Max Dowman and Eberechi Eze will be named on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the second 45 minutes if needed.
Attack
Viktor Gyokeres will spearhead Arsenal‘s attack up top. He has to find a way to lead the charge for the Gunners during the 90 minutes.
Kai Havertz will have to settle for a spot on the bench as he waits for his chance to shine in the latter stages of the game if required.
