It wasn’t the prettiest game overall, but Ohio State’s 19-15 victory over Indiana was filled with second half drama. Despite missing two field goals and fumbling the ball away twice, Indiana still had a chance to take the lead late in the game.
Ultimately, Ohio State’s defense came through once more, and secured the win for the Buckeyes. In such a defensive battle, it’s tough to single out one offensive player as the best of the game, but Hoosiers wide receiver Charlie Becker once again showed - in more ways than one - he’s going to be a very high NFL Draft pick next offseason.

Charlie Becker apologizes in person to Ryan Day for "O-H-F-U" comment
After racking up nine catches for 165 yards against Ohio State’s stout defense, Becker showed his impressive character after the game in an on-field meeting with Ohio State head coach Ryan Day. Becker apologized to Day for disrespecting Ohio State after the Big Ten Championship Game last season, which Indiana won 13-10. Becker had six catches for 126 yards in that game.
After that championship game, Becker was caught on camera saying, “O-H-f**k-you”. This time around, the wide receiver made sure to let Day know that he was completely in the wrong for acting like that: “That’s not me”.
Becker’s on-field talent has never been in question. His character really hasn’t either, and on Saturday he showed the type of professional he is and will continue to be once he enters the NFL.
