Nomad Venture Studio (NVS), a Kazakhstani developer of AI-based products, has entered into a $100 million financing agreement with Singapore-based PvX Partners. The funds will be used for user acquisition, the launch of new products and expansion into international markets. Importantly, NVS founders — Kazakhstani entrepreneurs Miras Sovetov and Margulan Yermek — are not required to relinquish any equity in the business, The Tech reported.
Under the agreement, PvX Partners will provide capital to acquire new users and NVS will repay the funds with revenue from those customers. This arrangement lets the Kazakhstani company increase spending on promoting its applications while retaining full control of its business.
According to NVS CEO Sovetov, the agreement is the largest deal in the company’s history and one of the most significant for its Singaporean partner.
«The funds we have secured will enable us to enter new markets, launch new products and significantly accelerate our growth. We aim to become a global leader in the consumer application space, and we anticipate that our company’s revenue will exceed $100 million within the next 6 to 12 months,» he said.
NVS’s flagship product is the educational platform JobEscape, which generates approximately $3 million in monthly revenue. The platform helps users master artificial intelligence, build AI assistants, automate daily tasks and apply new technologies in their professional activities. It provides educational materials in 19 languages and is used in 173 countries.
Beyond app development, NVS uses AI to promote its own products. The company has developed a system called Console AI, which helps with customer acquisition, creating advertising materials and evaluating ad performance.
According to NVS, its staff tests approximately 50,000 advertisements annually, while its technology automates up to 70% of the manual labor involved in producing ad creative. As a result, the company can acquire customers faster while reducing inefficient promotional spending.
Currently, NVS employs more than 70 specialists. In addition to JobEscape, the company is developing 7ART — a platform for generating images, videos and other content using AI — as well as Kidling, an app for children.
Looking ahead, NVS plans not only to launch its own products but also to acquire existing applications, enhance them using its proprietary technology and bring them to international markets. Moreover, the company intends to expand its team in Kazakhstan by recruiting developers, AI engineers, designers and digital marketing specialists.
