A massive fire at the Wainwright military base in the Canadian province of Alberta has resulted in several deaths and injuries. Citing military sources, Global News reported that at least seven people have died. However, the exact number of casualties and the cause of the fire have not yet been officially confirmed. Although strong winds caused the blaze to spread, it was subsequently brought under control. Local healthcare services are struggling to cope with the influx of injured individuals.
