President Donald Trump, rallying for U.S. Senate candidate Mike Collins in Georgia Friday, attacked the Republican's opponent, Senator Jon Ossoff, by commenting on his looks.
In a rally which was interrupted by protesters, Trump described Collins as "central casting," while lashing out at Ossoff's appearance.
"I don’t think Ossoff is a good-looking man. I actually think Mike Collins is good looking man. He’s all man, I'm not sure about Ossoff" Trump told the crowd. "Rick Jackson is a very handsome, distinguished, beautiful looking guy."
Jackson is the current Republican nominee for Georgia's gubernatorial race.
Trump went on to say Collins, who currently serves in the House of Representatives for the state's 10th district, was one of the "most respected people in Washington," before again referring to his looks.
"If I'm casting a movie for a senator, I like the white hair, I like the big strong build. Big strong guy, that's what I want," he said.
Newsweek reached out to Ossoff's office and campaign for comment Friday afternoon.
