The Baltimore Ravens pulled off a dramatic 30-23 victory over the Atlanta Falcons in overtime on Sunday night, rallying late despite playing without Lamar Jackson.
Backup Tyler Huntley stepped up with Jackson out and led a game-tying touchdown drive in the final minute before scoring the go-ahead touchdown himself with a one-yard run in overtime. Huntley finished with 201 passing yards and two touchdowns with zero interceptions, along with 20 rushing yards and the rushing score.
The Falcons had a chance to respond, but Kyle Hamilton sealed the win for Baltimore with an interception of backup quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, who entered after Michael Penix Jr. suffered a rib injury.
The win moves Baltimore to 4-1 and atop the AFC North, while the Falcons fall to 2-3, still good enough to keep them tied with the Panthers for first place in the NFC South.
After the game, Hamilton received a game ball for his game-sealing interception and gave a brief speech about the new-look Ravens under Jesse Minter, who replaced longtime head coach John Harbaugh this past offseason.
"I'm not trying to reminisce, but the last couple of years ever since I've been here, that's a game that we lose," Hamilton said. "This win right here, I feel like that's us."

Harbaugh's 18-year run with the Ravens came to an end in January 2026, after the team finished 8-9 and missed the playoffs. Despite winning a Super Bowl in Baltimore and becoming the winningest coach in franchise history, Harbaugh couldn't overcome a disappointing season that included a franchise-worst 3-6 home record and a brutal Week 8 loss to the Steelers.
Owner Steve Bisciotti ultimately decided it was time for a change after the season, hiring Minter, former defensive coordinator of the Chargers, to a five-year deal. The difference has clearly already been felt in the locker room.
Late-game collapses were a real problem in Baltimore. The Ravens have blown an NFL-worst 15 games when leading through three quarters over the last six seasons. While that wasn't the only reason the team moved on from Harbaugh, repeatedly failing to close out big games became a frustrating pattern.

The Browns, Bengals, and Steelers are all tied at 3-2, but none of them have looked as complete through the first quarter of the season as the Ravens, who are well on their way to reclaiming the division title.
Next up comes the Browns in Cleveland before matchups against Cincinnati, Buffalo, and Jacksonville.
