Paris Saint-Germain have been dealt three huge injury blows after Ousmane Dembele, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and captain Marquinhos were all forced off in their heavyweight Champions League clash with Barcelona.
Dembele sustained a hamstring issue after 19 minutes, signalling to the bench that he needed to be replaced as he held the back of his left thigh while grimacing.
The Frenchman, who won the Ballon d’Or in 2025, then hit the deck with PSG manager Luis Enrique immediately turning to his bench to make a replacement.

Spain’s World Cup-winner Ferran Torres, who joined PSG from Barcelona in the summer, came on for Dembele.
Kvaratskhelia and Marquinhos then suffered their injuries in quick succession, with the dynamite Georgian winger suffering a knee problem before Brazilian defender Marquinhos emerged from a challenge hurt.
Kvaratskhelia required two PSG team doctors to help carry him off the field and was replaced by summer signing Maghnes Akliouche.

All three have been at the heart of PSG’s back-to-back Champions League triumphs, with Dembele in particular being saved for the competition by Enrique’s sparing use of the Frenchman in Ligue 1. He has already been rested twice this campaign.
However, the 29-year-old will fear this is the latest of a plethora of injury setbacks that he has endured throughout his career, something which Barcelona know all too well, with fitness issues plaguing his six years at the Camp Nou.
Barcelona also endured an injury blow during the first half of the clash at the Parc des Princes, with Dani Olmo being forced off after having his ankle trodden on.
