As the Celebrity Traitors cast cause chaos in the Highlands, it's worth remembering a new set of cloaked menaces will be descending on London next year.
A stage adaptation of The Traitors is launching on the West End from May 2027 starring Faithful alum Nick Mohammed.
Taking place at the Gillian Lynne Theatre, The Traitors – Acts of Betrayal will be a cycle of five new plays, each playing out an entire game of The Traitors in one evening.
Every weekday performance will begin with the same premise before diverging into one of five separate narratives where different Traitors are chosen. Unlike the series, it allows audiences to see how things would go differently if other players had been chosen.
Saturday performances will take this one step further, with audiences being able to choose which character becomes one of the Traitors. Whoever they choose will determine which of the five plays is performed that night.
Mohammed, who starred in the first season of Celebrity Traitors alongside Alan Carr, will play Claudia Winkleman's role of The Host. The Ted Lasso star was announced in a video last month, in which Winkleman formally swore him in.

"But John Finnemore has crafted an absolute masterpiece: a cycle of five plays that are each as funny as they are moving, and of course, deeply, deeply unpredictable!
"And under the direction of the brilliant Robert Hastie, I couldn’t be more delighted to be joining such an original and wildly ambitious show."
He continued: "To take on Claudia’s role, as it were, is not just a privilege but a real challenge as an actor – I simply don’t have enough hair! But I will do my utmost not to disappoint.
"Either way, this time round, I promise not to let down the whole nation right at the very end. Now let the game begin..."

How does The Traitors – Acts of Betrayal work?
Each play in The Traitors – Acts of Betrayal tells the whole story of an entire and separate game: The Traitors are chosen, the round tables and murders take their toll, and by the end of the night, a winner is crowned.
The new production also answers the question of who would have won if different players had been chosen as Traitors. From Monday to Friday, the story begins identically but takes five different paths.
Characters banished or murdered early in one version emerge victorious in another. On Saturdays the audience decides who will wear the cloak, and their choice determines which of the five plays unfolds that day.
When booking, you will see a different colour shield on each of the days, which shows which of the five performances you're booking – that way, you can see which show you've booked if you're planning to attend more than one.
How much do tickets cost for The Traitors – Acts of Betrayal?
Tickets start at £25 and there are still plenty of tickets left at that price. Prices after that go up by £35, £50, £65, £80, £120, £125, £150 and £160.
