NC AI is lowering the cost of entry to its artificial intelligence-based 3D content and sound production services. The company said on the 20th that it is running a promotion offering a first-month subscription discount and bonus points to mark a revamp of its VARCO 3D and VARCO Sound product lineups. The company said the move is intended to ease costs for users and widen access to AI-assisted content creation.
The promotion runs through Nov. 30. New sign-ups and existing free users who pay for a subscription to either service receive a 50% discount on the first month's fee. The discount applies to all paid plans and is available once per account for each service.
With the discount, the VARCO 3D Plus plan costs 14,300 won for the first month, down from 28,600 won, while the VARCO Sound Lite plan costs 7,150 won, down from 14,300 won.
Bonus points are also offered depending on the plan, with higher-tier plans receiving a larger share of bonus points. The VARCO 3D Premium plan comes with 30,000 bonus points on top of a base 50,000, for a total of 80,000 points. The VARCO Sound Max plan adds 25,000 points to a base 40,000, for a total of 65,000. The volume and terms of the bonus points may change depending on operating policy.
The company is also running an event on its official Discord community. Users who join through a dedicated link between the 21st and the 31st of this month can use the VARCO 3D Plus or VARCO Sound Lite plan free for one month. The first 100 people to join the community receive a limited-edition title, and the top five users who share game assets created with VARCO 3D receive credits and a title.
VARCO 3D generates 3D assets from text or image inputs. It supports textures at resolutions of up to 4K, allowing detailed rendering of surfaces and material texture. VARCO Sound analyzes the context of text, images and video to generate a range of sounds, including effects and background audio. It separates individual sounds into multiple tracks, letting users adjust volume levels or replace and delete specific sounds.
The recently released full version of VARCO Sound also includes a "sound agent" that runs generation and editing tools through natural-language commands. When a user enters a desired task, the AI automatically runs the necessary tools. The maximum length of audio that can be generated has been extended to 60 seconds from 20 seconds.
Both services are designed for use not only by professional creators but also by small development teams and individual creators. NC AI said it plans to use the promotion to lower the cost burden of AI-based content production and broaden its user base.
"The strength of the VARCO services is that creators can directly produce the shapes and sounds they imagine and refine them to match their own intent," NC AI CEO Lee Yeon-soo said. "Through this promotion, we will support more users in lowering their cost burden and taking on AI-based content creation."
