iQOO is set to launch the Neo12 in China this month. It has already confirmed that the smartphone will feature a 2K 185Hz AMOLED display developed by Visionox and using p-TSF technology. Now, iQOO has revealed more details about the Neo12's display.
iQOO said the Neo12's display will have a minimum brightness of 1 nit, while peak full-screen brightness will reach 2,200 nits. It also incorporates a 2K 185Hz high-performance driver chip and new Sky Mirror luminescent material.

Furthermore, the Neo12 will come with 2K and 185 FPS super-resolution and super-frame processing, which iQOO says will be an industry first. It will also support 2K gaming profiles natively and be compatible with more than 50 native 185 FPS gaming titles. Additionally, the Neo12 will have hardware-accelerated ray tracing, glare protection, an in-game camera tool, game visual filters, and the Q-flex touch control tech from the iQOO 16.
iQOO previously confirmed that the Neo12 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, paired with the Q3 gaming chip. Fueling the smartphone will be a 9,000 mAh battery, but its charging speed is unknown.
The iQOO Neo12, which will have a metal frame, will also feature a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner.
