JOHOR BARU: UDA Holdings Bhd has unveiled a show unit for its latest residential project, Residensi Mutiara, in conjunction with UDA HomeXBites 2026 held here.
UDA Land (South) Sdn Bhd chief operating officer Norazim Shukor said the programme gave prospective buyers an opportunity to explore the homes' designs and features, as well as obtain information on unit options, homeownership packages and UDA's property projects in Johor.
He said 50 Residensi Mutiara units were being offered, comprising two- and three-storey freehold townhouses with built-up areas ranging from 1,259 to 3,627 square feet.
Norazim said the development, located in the strategic Bandar UDA Utama area, was priced from RM548,700 and featured three bedrooms with either two or four bathrooms.
"The development offers an exclusive concept and a modern community lifestyle, with practical designs and layouts, as well as 24-hour security.
"It is also close to several major routes, making it an ideal choice for Malaysians working in Singapore," he said in his speech at the Residensi Mutiara project launch ceremony here today.
Also present were Dewan Negara deputy president Senator Datuk Nur Jazlan Mohamed and state Unity, Heritage and Culture Committee chairman P. Pannir Selvam.
Norazim said UDA would continue to play its role as a developer that creates a harmonious, dynamic and liveable environment through an integrated approach combining residential development, entrepreneur engagement and community activities.
Meanwhile, Pannir Selvam said quality residential developments should encompass the well-being, comfort and harmony of the community.
In this regard, he said UDA's initiative to provide a suitable living environment and appropriate facilities was a positive step towards strengthening unity and fostering an inclusive society.
He said the organisation of UDA HomeXBites 2026 also demonstrated how property development could be complemented by activities that benefit the community.
"The combination of a property exhibition, food sales and various exciting activities makes this programme not only a platform to showcase UDA properties, but also an opportunity to provide meaningful experiences for visitors and their families," he said.
