Meeting on KPA company leaders focuses on loyalty to Kim and skills gained from war against Ukraine

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un oversaw a two-day military conference in Pyongyang this week on perfecting low-level leadership and improving training systems, according to state media.
The Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported Saturday that Kim delivered a speech at the Third Meeting of Company Leaders of the Korean People’s Army (KPA) and that the event took place from Thursday to Friday.
Thousands of KPA company leaders gathered to discuss issues with their ideological loyalty to Kim Jong Un and the ruling party, and how to make these soldiers more effective combat leaders and role models to help
