Nairobi - Senator Edwin Sifuna's Linda Mwananchi Movement has made key appointments to its newly constituted presidential campaign secretariat.
In a statement on Tuesday, October 13, the movement named Pauline Njoroge as Interim Head of Communication, following a leadership meeting held on Monday, October 12, 2026, in Nairobi.
The appointments were announced in a formal press release issued the same day, as the party's top officials convened to assess its ongoing rebranding exercise and the broader structuring of campaign operations ahead of a presidential bid.
Pauline Njoroge's Appointment
Njoroge was identified as a central figure in the new secretariat, with the party citing her track record in political and strategic communication.
She has previously worked on presidential campaigns and held roles with governmental institutions and intergovernmental organisations, credentials the leadership said informed her selection for the interim role.
Digital, Media and Publicity Team
Alongside Njoroge's appointment, the Linda Mwananchi leadership also filled out its Communication Department by naming three individuals to the Digital, Media and Publicity Team: Fredah Onduso, Abigael Gikonyo, and Charity Waweru.
The movement indicated that Monday's announcements represent an initial round of staffing decisions, with further appointments across the secretariat expected to be disclosed at a later stage.
