Ecovacs said on the 19th that it has launched the Deebot T50S Pro Omni, a robot vacuum with upgraded suction power and improved edge-cleaning performance.
The new model retains the slim design and convenience of the earlier Deebot T50 Pro Omni while improving cleaning performance. At 81 millimeters tall, the ultra-slim unit can clean tight spaces such as the area under beds and sofas.
Suction power rose about 67% to 25,000 pascals from 15,000 pascals in the previous model. It can remove dust lodged in floor gaps as well as debris embedded in carpets. The device also features ZeroTangle 3.0 technology, which reduces the tangling of hair and pet fur in the brush.
For walls and corners, the model applies TruEdge 2.0 technology. The side brush and mop plate hug the wall as they clean, and the mop plate extends toward the wall to wipe the very edge of the floor.
After cleaning, the all-in-one Omni station automatically washes the mop with 75-degree Celsius hot water and dries it with 45-degree hot air. It also supports automatic dust emptying and automatic detergent dispensing.
To mark the launch, Ecovacs is running a preorder event from the 19th through the 25th. Customers who buy during the period receive a genuine accessory set and a total of three years of free warranty coverage, extended by one year from the standard two years.
