Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, on 14 October 2026, met with the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, H.E. Valery Falkov, on the sidelines of his working visit to Russia. They exchanged views on ASEAN–Russia cooperation in science, technology and higher education, including opportunities to support the ASEAN Plan of Action on Science, Technology and Innovation (APASTI) 2026–2035 and ASEAN Work Plan on Education 2026 – 2030.
